Progress has been slow on this build. A lot to do and getting it in sequence so as not to get caught with something that would not work has been a challenge. Little things have bugged me a bit. Try as I might I cannot get a clean vacuum formed windshield. There is always a cloudy look to it. The only thing I can think of is that the buck is not perfectly smooth and the plastic picks up every little blemish. I tried coating it with acrylic clear and that helped some but it is still not to my liking.

The interior tub is about done and is still removable for cleanup and some added features. (Seats for one!).

The right side has a single ventilation panel just under the center window. It was made with some polished aluminum and a decal. The back face of the cab has embossed aluminum foil from top to bottom. It was secured with two part epoxy.

Each door has an aluminum panel on the inside. Door latches and handles for opening and closing still need to be added.
