A quick look didn't reveal the shipping cost. There is a blog link where shipping info is supposed to be but I diidn't see it. The blog posts are six months old.

I'm not going to provide a link but you can do your own research and find the brand name in the link Bill posted to do your own search. The name starts with E. For the $3,000 the engine (and others) probably are legitimate but I wouldn't go near it.
