I've used it on a couple of projects. I didn't use a base. *PIC*

About this Revell chrome spray. What's the general consensus about what paint color needs to be the base to use the chrome spray? *NM*

In fact, these parts were sprayed without primer, even! I love this stuff!

Frank Luque brought a sample to our last club meeting, and he had sprayed it directly over bare plastic. It looked awesome. *NM*

Ive not tried other clears but you can shoot spaztix clear over it and its doesnt dull the effect

I have applied it over multiple colors of bare plastic and it just works. I didn't hold any side by side, but don't see any difference in shine in the case. *NM*
Just ordered a can of the Revell chrome spray. Can't wait to try it out. *NM*
Don't need a base. I've sprayed over plastic (white, orange, black) & primer. Doesn't matter. BUT, nozzle & psi are NOT like other hobby sprays. Higher pressure--hold can a foot away and make very quick passes. *NM*
It'll turn chrome right before your eyes. Watch it level out--add more passes until you get a smooth finish--real easy to apply, I think. (reacts a lot like Testors enamels. IMHO) *NM*
