I was looking at an item, a Disney collectible, and seller had 'Make a Offer' button which I hit.
I was surprised that I had to PAY the amount of my offer BEFORE I submitted the offer. If accepted, I was done. If rejected they would refund me. Seems like a bunch of extra work. I have almost stopped using ebay but this was the only place I could find this item.
