Xfinity/Comcast has always been horrible. Unfortnately many people are stuck with it, because they have a monopoly. *NM*
We have been with them as our cable provider since 1995 and Internet provider since 2009. No real issues until the last six months or so. The most frustrating part for me, is trying to reach an actual person when seeking a solution to an issue. *NM*
We at this household(especially the wife), sympathize with you Marty, as since I have hearing aids, me and phones "don't work", she handles ALL complaints by telephone/. *NM*
