'Wild Bill's Hobbytown in Irving ((old owner Lynn sold the store to the local HobbyTownUSA franchisor, when he needed knee surgery) used "carry" it (they GAVE away the copies to customers who asked for it?!?)dropped MCM when the store moved out to Arlington. Interestingly, the HTUSAs in the area DO NOT sell NEW model magazines...but they carry OLD issues (inventory varies from location to location)/ I pick up MCM at IPMS shows (model car vendor from the Houston area sells it. There's another vendor that carries it, but I don't remember where he's from).
