• Still having problems gluing resin. Parts are clean and sanded. Used Loctite superglue and after a few days, glued parts can be pulled apart. Is there anything stronger? *NM*
  • That should not happen. Two things: Is the resin well cured and are you perhaps using too much CA? Never had that problem in all the years I've been using Locktite. *NM*
    • The resin seems to be well cured. It’s hard but flexible and it sands really well. I could be using maybe a little too much super glue, I don’t know. I’ve read that CA has a shelf life. My Loctite CA is about 2-3 years old. *NM*
      • Wipe the surfaces to be glued with non-acetone nail polish remover. Then sand with a mid-grit stick and re-clean. Too much CA has the opposite effect of a small dab. And toss the old stuff or save it for a non critical project

  • Also keep the super glue in the fridge, I keep mine behind the cheese in that section on the fridge door....so far has lasted a few years, but when using a "little" is better than a lot. *NM*
