For SCCA SS/C club racing. The class was nominated by Rabbits.....but on a rainy day at Charlotte Motor Speedway, my now brother in law driving, I was crew chief we beat all the Rabbits as they could not get their horsepower down and we had about 3/4 the HP we became Superman. It got us a invite to the SCCA Runoffs that year.
At the runoffs one of those Rabbits slammed us into a guard rail in practice. Our chase car was a fiesta so will pulled our race motor from the car and put it in the chase car along with saftey stuff etc. Made the race ended up4 IIRC. OH...to be youg and able again!!!!! Thanks
