"Easiest" fix (besides another body) would be to piece in sections from another one. Besides the cowl, it looks like the inner fenders are missing too *NM*
Yeah...I'm thinking 'gasser', and I don't have a screwed up body to cut the cowel area out of, is why I'm asking. *NM*

I would maybe fill the space with flat plastic, use putty to fill and sand, and eliminate the vents all together. *NM*
Maybe just fill the void with sheet plastic, and build this one with a cowl induction hood? *NM*
