I attended a show a couple of weeks ago and a gentleman had a bunch of SAE's and FSM's on his table. I asked him how much and he said "Take 'em, or they're goin' in the trash". Couldn't see that happening so I grabbed them all. Anyway, just last night I was reading through the Nov/Dec '84 issue and the very first "Scale Mail" is a letter from a gentleman who had just received the back issue #29, criticizing that very dirty cruiser, saying he has built many police cars and never seen one that dirty, nor did his officer friends!

I just thought it was a weird coincidence that I read that letter last night and today I see that you posted that very car! A connection 39 years in the making!
