hillbillies here, now know to take it to someplace in Phoenix area next time....or just buy a new one. They wiped everything out, luckily had most backed up to an external hard drive. But had to track down all my programs and reinstall them Still figuring out some things since it meant every thing including the OS was new versions. Had to re-register here. Bunch of other stuff I could whine about, but basically getting old sucks pretty much covers it. Will just hide out in my cave.
