Did MV Products close? *NM*
They seem to have been gone for several years. The lenses can be found on the secondary market but the clear ones tend to "yellow" with age. This link offers some alternatives. *LINK*

I have never tried my hand at casting anything in resin, let alone clear. Do I see it correctly that he uses the kit piece to make his molds? *NM*
Raymond, thanks for the reminder. However, I don't use resin enough to warrant the expense. Wonder if epoxy would work... *NM*
It's been my experience that 5-minute epoxy will always turn yellow. But 30-minute epoxy stays clear. *NM*
