I am wondering how many entries were at the DAAMs show. We had our contest here in Dallas on Saturday and only had 265 cars on the tables. With the Ft Wayne show having 747 and your show only 180 miles away, it amazes me how many people turn out for contest in your area. *NM*

Best selling Fiction... On the short arms and long pockets list. *NM*
There's always Mickey D's, Frank! L.O.L. *NM*
Wow! Some really outstanding builds there. Thanks for the coverage. *NM*
Great pics, Tim.... LOVE that candy coated wedge chopped van!!!! *NM*
Marty, that was built by Mike LeGault, a model builder since the 1970's and a professional 1/1 scale automotive painter. Mike has been doing spectacular models for at least 45 years...this is just his latest. Thx for the comment...TIM *NM*
Thank you Tim. Lots of cool builds. *NM*
The red/maroon '41 Plymouth S/D, just blows my mind! Resin or kitbash? Love it!! *NM*

Cedarville (IL) show, two weeks ago, had 248 models entered. And that is a VERY rural area *NM*
Yes, but we get people from OKC, Houston and Louisana. I would think we should get more than 44 people to enter. *NM*
To me it's all about advertising - especially to the general public. . Many shows I've been to seem to be some kind of secret before the event ..... *NM*
We've been doing this show for over 30 and advertise very heavily. I have come to the conclusion that Texans are just weird. *NM*
Well, it was March Madness Elite 8 weekend playing for Final 4 slots and 2 still in it were Big 12 Conference. Texas was one. May have been a factor in turnout. It was for me. *NM*
That could be but this was one of our better attended shows. We just never get the turnout that I would expect. *NM*
That oilfields truck is awesome! *NM*
This is a tremendous amount of footwork, Tim - much appreciated here, couldn't make the show but love your shots
Great pictures. It's hard to believe people would show their name and address like that. To much identity theft nowadays. *NM*
I agree. In future they might use just name and city. I like having the info on the edge of the sheet. They might add a couple of lines for the model description and source. With the broad range of models not everyone can identify them all, especially customs. *NM*
