  • Heller kits are generally very good. But be prepared to be aggravated by somethink, like the body being molded in color except for one large panel molded in black *NM*
  • Many 1970's era Heller kits are nightmares.........
    • Fully agree, lots of small parts, somewhat vague instructions but kits of unusual & not kited by anyone else....have the Porsche 917K, 1970 LeMans # 23 winner almost finished but it has some annoying things that makes me put the kit away.....again & again.....lol. *NM*
    • I managed to get through the 330P4 - nightmare is strong, but bring your magnifier, squares and files
  • The Talbot is probably one of the simpler of their race cars. The sports and prototype racers can be difficult. All of their kits tend to be a bit quirky, but think Citroën. They're all French. *NM*

    • Nice Mehari, Got a couple in the stack plus the conversion resin to turn it into a later front end. Heller is coming out with a police version of it also. *NM*

  • They are a bit finnicky. I built the Heller Renault 4CV and started on the Talbot Record (PICS)
