Man, what a way to enjoy your coffee, first thing in the morning!! Thanks Wayne. My favorite? The "backwoods" Enco (station) location unknown. Reminded me of 1953 when I was in Arkansas!! I was a high school sophmore. *NM*
I worked in one in 1962 when a dollar bought half a tankful and I checked all 4 tire pressures, cleaned all the windows and checked the oil, then said "Thank you ma'am" or "Sir" even wore a "uniform" with my name over the pocket! My how things have changed!!! *NM*

Thanks Wayne, I pumped gas at a local service station when I was about 14, no uniforms but allowed me to save up to buy my 1st car a 38 Ford at 15.........pics brought back memories albeit from here in Oz. *NM*
