Just an observation, but, for stripping a number of builts that turned up for me recently, the 91% seemed less effective over time. Went to the CVS and got some new 91% and it seemed to help.

My limited organic chemistry background says it shouldn't lose its potency, tho.

The least expensive workaround is to snag a new bottle and give it a try,
