• OT...I used to know this but forgot...how do you check if there is a short to ground in car wiring? My brand new battery doesn't like to stay "up" after a week and a half or so. Thanks. *NM*

  • Sounds like you may have a "draw" in the system and not really a "short"......
    • Yes, that's how I now remember what to do. Unfortunately, I have yet to see the fuse block on this car. Of course, I haven't really looked hard for it. But thanks. *NM*

  • Pull one of the cables off and put a volt meter in between the post and cable see how much draw you have. *NM*
