Based on my Ford info, the Louisville chassis is the closest for an F 600-700 build, but dunno if Kevin is still casting the cab (?)

Rollbacks usually do not have any exotic shapes, so fabbing out of evergreen is probably the best bet.

Or if someone with a platen large enough could print one... that would be even better.
