The mags are carryover from the Badman, the slots are from the street machine issue. The new kit is just both versions in one box *NM*

Are the wheels in the current 'Stars and Stripes' 55 Chevy used in any of the other TD kits? They look familiar... *NM*

Not bashing TD here, but I have a question...........
It is the top... The Badman was a reworking of Monogram's very nice '55 Chevy from 1963. *NM*
Monogram usually did their stuff very well, but I'm thinking the '55 just didn't do well in its original form...
It was in the Monogram catalog for a while before the TD version
The original '55 was nice when built as a convertible, but for a drag version everyone wanted a hardtop. Built as a hardtop, it wasn't as good *NM*
Agree, the HT and window glass don't look quite right as delivered
The Badman was one of the few (only?) TD kit that was a retool...... *PIC*
TD reworked the Blue Beetle, Little Deuce, and Little T also *NM*
I had forgotten about that.... He was responsible fo the Boss A-Bone, Son Of Ford, and Sweet T, respectively.... I built two of the three as a young teen. *NM*
Dave...that is a terrific replica of Hank Borger's "Fantasia" from the cover of Car Model Magazine....I am really impressed (FWIW)....way, way cool. TB
Thanks Tim.......My buddy loves to clone models that were a big impact to him.....he does a excellent job. *PIC*
I thought that looked familiar! *NM*
They look great! *NM*

What were the original Badman fronts? Never had the kit... *NM*
Re some kind of 5 spoke, I've never been able to ID them in 1:1. Do I remember that one of the re-issues had mis-matched rear wheels? *NM*
