In Response To: I want to make a few curved windshields for 40s and 50s cars. I have one 3D car with window patterns, but others, no patterns. But even with the patterns, I don't know how to curve the plastic so it stays curved. *NM* ()

The clear acetate has too much springback to sit properly for anyone but a true saint.

Clear vinyl report covers from the local CVS will lay down better.

Make a pattern you can test with something like thin file card, transfer to the vinyl, and tack in starting from the center. Be prepared for multiple fumbles before you get to the final result.
