....Revell was repopping those in the SSP series as I recall. The Camaro, Firebird, VW van, 57 Chevy,57 Nomad, as well as the Dune Buggy, Baja Bug VW and a couple of the plane kits all were part of the SSP series. After Dave Deal passed the whole thing kinda ground to a halt. Kit historians can speak better to the time date and details than I, but it's probably been 20 years or so since the last release. Seems people loved em others hated em, I loved them, and hoped the re-issues would continue. When you do run across them, they are pricey, but I don't often see them .
