When did rear fenders on trucks become mandatory? I hit Facebook to look at old photos of trucks, and it seems to me that it happened between 1960 and 1975.

Hard to tell, because some older trucks stayed on the road as long as possible, and there are a lot of trucking fleets that seemed to outfit their trucks with fenders early on.
Thought you might know. Seen some photos of B-61s without fenders, but don't know when the photos were taken.
