• This is the quickest of quick builds. I had the body, nothing else, so I painted it, made windows, blacked them out and put rims and tires under it. PICs
  • Lovin' it!!! *NM*
    • Thanks! *NM*
  • Didn't we call those slammers? Who was it on this board that built cool ones? I don't remember. *NM*
    • Yes, those are slammers. We have a separate class for them at our contest. You get some amazing paint jobs in that class. *NM*
  • That's so cool, LOVE it! *NM*
    • Thanks *NM*
  • ...And that's exactly why slammers were/are cool. Build a slammer, save an orphan body from never getting used. *NM*
    • Not to mention that getting a build off the bench rather quickly has it's own rewards. *NM*
  • Neat....o/k I'll ask the dumb question......who/where/what is that VW body from....in fact are there any other versions of that Type 3(?) VW, ie fastback/squareback or that wagon kitted?.......curious.......lol. *NM*
