That said, the entire business rests on charge infrastructure being as accessible and simple as a gas station, and we are not there yet and all the incetives have been removed.

The lack of fan identification in NASCAR is, to my mind, insoluble. It will have its devotees, but the average half-mile dirt bullring will be 10X better than the big show.
