What color are you trying to paint it? *NM*
Splash Paints Verdoro Green Poly over their Dark Grey Surfacer *NM*
I'm thinking between the dark gray primer and Verdoro Green, it should work out *NM*
The few times I did it, I used platinum gray Duplicolor with a quick blast of "sealer primer" on top of that. I try to avoid kits molded in red/orange/yellow and look for another issue in white or gray *NM*
Depends on the final color, really. I would try the mild 'standby' automotive primers first like Plastikote T-235 as close to the finish color as you can get
