I ended up attaching the roof to a reissue body and doing a bunch of kitbashing to get more or less what I wanted.

I added the window frames to make it a post coupe and bashed a bunch of parts from Revell's '66 GTO kit, including the hood, chassis and engine bay. I'm pretty sure I used Missing Link steelies and caps as well.
