Just rec'd the reissued Tommy Ivo Showboat Dragster so many thanks to Spotlight for the prompt work, looks like a "fun" build.....anyone got any tips or issues to look out for?...TIA. *NM*
I built the HOT ROD issue back in the Eighties; the fuel tank halves have a lot of flashing. Glue the two halves together, then file all of the sides flat. The rest went together pretty easily *NM*
A jillion small parts... treat each like its own model. Lots of good showboat reference on line, and if you don't have the Tommy Ivo bio, you need it - great book! *NM*
A jillion?....you must of misscounted as my kit has 2 jillion.....lol......just waiting for a supply of valium before I start on it.....lol.....might look for the Ivo book too....thanks.f *NM*
