As a knowledgeable and respected poster once typed, the perfect model isn’t an exact replica of a 1:1 hit by a shrink ray, but a carefully massaged version that has the light hit it in all the right ways, so that the small version looks the same as the 1:1,

…even if it isn’t.

This poster said that JoHan was a master at that, and that’s the reason why his bodies are largely agreed to be among the best in the business, even after all these years.

This is not something that I am willing to debate, and this just my opinion, but that’s how I see it as well. Not perfect, but pretty durn good.

As far as doing surgery to make the AMT look right in my eyes, probably not going to happen, but despite being able to see things that aren’t necessarily right, I’m not enough of a perfectionist that I would feel the need to do all that. I’m just happy having something that’s “close enough”.

Oh, and the written wisdom in question may have been something you wrote a decade or two ago. Can’t remember as well as I used to be able to, though, so my apologies if I got it wrong…
