Haven’t looked at them in a long time, but I recall that the front side vent window detail was terrible on the AMT. The grille was shallow as was the dashboard. Overall useable in a pinch but disappointing when compared to the JoHan. IMHO. There were other things too,
In Response To: Thank you. I love the Johan 69 rr body. I refuse to build the AMT 68 rr because the rear quarter panels are hideous. They aren't even close to being correct. I really wish that Round2 would fix the rear quarters on the 68 rr. *NM* ()

I guess the AMT would be considered an old tool now, but it was disappointing when it was new. Maybe with digital cloning technology they could fix some of the body issues, but it would probably be hard for them to justify the investment, as probably only the more hard core hobbyists would notice.

Anyhow, you combined the best from both kits, and ended up with a gem! Great job!
