Which reminds me,,,I picked up an unbuilt IMC Cougar II (Testors' late '70s "Those Famous Fords' reissue)at an IPMS contest this past weekend. So far , it's just missing one engine half, one tire, and the driver's side door skin.

$225 Per kit puts it in the range of the BEST Japanese F1 resin kits.....
This is an Indy car though. *NM*
Both "open wheel", and wasn't the Lotus run in F1 also? *NM*
Not the same car. Many differences. Offset suspension was a major difference, as were the engines used. *NM*
Interesting kit.....tho' I'd prefer the IMC 1/25th scale version of Jim Clarks Lotus with the IMC GT40 kits extra Quad Cam which comes with a proper "Bundle of Snakes" & can easily be built...even with all the extras the price seems a little steep, but I'm a tightwad..lol. *NM*
Some Salvinos kits have lots of problems. I'd certainly wait until there are a few reviews done on this before purchasing! *NM*
The video says there are a few things the builder will have to fix........?????? *NM*
