Chemical reactions accelerate at a lograthmic rate - doubles (roughly) for every ten degree increase in temperature.

Paint that cures in 24 hours at 70F, will in theory cure out in 12 at 80F, or 6 hours at 90F - continuing in the same progression assuming everything else is equal.

That's why there are enormous ovens in 1:1 shops accelerating paint drying... and the reason that shop is the most expensive real estate in the world.

Water that is too hot for bare hands is about 120-130F, and that will soften resin enough to un-twist (your results may vary)
