I've heard great things about them from several people, including here. But I've tried ordering decals from them 3 times- twice by email, and once they even called me- had a nice conversation, specific about what I wanted every time, all info details given; then they just forgot/ignored me, ghosted. Maybe they just pick and choose who they like? Puzzled.
