Yes it is the IMC, sure would be neat to see R2 dig the tools out if they are around (but kinda doubting it) *NM*
Maybe look at Carrera slot car tires...they did do a few mid-Sixties NASCAR cars *NM*
What about 3D? Find some in 1/25 and just scale them down. I assume that is doable. *NM*
