Biggest news was that the 2028 IPMS Nationals will be in Shreveport, Louisiana. Wonder where they plan to have it. Their current contest venue is the student center at Louisiana State University-Shreveport (LSUS). Spacewise, there isn't enough room there for a Nationals-level vendor room, some of the contest class rooms are in small (10 x 10, and smaller!), and the student center is a two-floor facility (vendors downstairs, registration and the various contest rooms upstairs. I plan to be there.
