• Opinions needed! PICs I did a little work on the asphalt and need your input.
  • Not bad, but it looks a little blotchy and there’s a little too much contrast between the light and the dark IMHO. Kinda looks like you drove a bunch of wet salty cars to the parking lot and now the salt has dried. Pretty good though, you’re on the right track.
    • Agreed! When I was painting it I had the light directly over my table on and the shades looked very muted. But when I turned it off the blotchy ness could be seen. I'm thinking of a way to blend it better. *NM*
  • Agreed. Try spraying the surface with a couple of different shades of dark gray and black. Asphalt does not stay real black for long. Wear and oxidation make it look more grayish. *NM*
