Would be great to see him post the Mustang Coupe he did that loosely replicated the Bob Ford HR 427 - it was at the Detroit Autorama a few years ago.

Didn't go crazy bashing for detail, just got all the feels right. Really nice job.

Got the new John Wick '69 Mustang from Spotlight today. What's in the box......
- May lead to another Mustang kit I consulted with R2 years ago...... *NM*
- I had the ‘80’s MPC release. I think the straight axle was there, but my 12 year old 80’s kid brain didn’t know what they were (or didn’t care). Now, it’s super useful!!! *NM*
- Mine arrived today to. I noticed there is a rocker panel stripe decal with the Boss 429 callout, but the included engines are a Windsor Small Block or an FE 428 *NM*
- Some more detail on the body differences here... *LINK* *PIC*

- The "Gasser" front suspension is actually a carry-over from the original "annual" kit. The gates were opened for the noughties' "Resto Rods" reissue. *NM*
  - While far from 'accurate,' that chassis will slide under the AMT '66s with very little effort
    - That chassis originated with MPC's '66 fastback...

        Duh, it's late ... the point was the threw an MPC chassis under an AMT coupe and it really worked out nicely *NM*
