When USPS "lost" a $900 cell phone, because it was delivered to a wrong address, they told me "what do you want us to do. You signed the papers that say you received it". I said, "No I never signed for anything. Where did you deliver it to?" They couldn't tell me where it

was delivered to. Just that it was delivered. They had done their job! I filled out all the paperwork, spoke to several people, received several emails over the next few months, and then one day received an email saying they never found the phone. Case closed. Wonderful customer service. Oh, and by the way, the seller (eBay) had insured the package. After all this , and filing claims with eBay, I did finally get my money back. But the P.O. would take no responsibility.
