• Anyone here use double-sided tape to install glass on their models? I overheard someone talking about this at my LHS. I gotta say I've never given it a thought. They were saying something about

  • I have, in certain situations. It's used for cell phone screen repair. KaisiKing brand on "that" site. If the glass fits tight I think I'd trust it. Best part is it came with a great set of curved point tweezers--best I've ever bought. *NM*
  • I often use the 1/8 inch double sided tape sold at Michaels. I also use it for license plates. *NM* *LINK*
  • I dislike any kind of tape for permanent fixing as it isn't permanent. It decays over time.
  • There is also a product called 'Adhesive Transfer tape'. I used it when I was working. Not sure if it's the same as what everyone is talking about. *NM*
