IMO, the Testor's Pontiac Engine Blue is way too syrupy to give good coverage and is too glossy by half, I rely on the massive Duplicolor / VHT rattle can from the auto parts store.

The non metallic blues for pre-66 and post-70 once had some nice equivalents in the now defunct Testor's Acryl series. Those airbrushed beautifully and covered very well.

Would lean on MCW for replacements now and plan to airbrush them.
