The bodies were molded in very high quality styrene.

I'm also recalling that possibly Monogram had the body cavities chrome plated to get that ultimate gloss finish.

Simply polishing the body then finding correct colors for the rest and being surgical in assembly gets a lovely model out of the box.

Same applies to the Cord, also a terrific kit if it is your cup of tea.

- Have never had it however I'd buy it if it was reissued, also want the Bugatti Type 35B that Monogram did. *NM*
- Everything fits (engine is on the simple side), Monogram concentrated on interior and exterior details which pays off. Body will have sink marks on each side of the cowl, though. Watch for broken windshield frame with opened kits *NM*
