Spotlight Hobbies

Spot on - but I get it

With the demise of the local hobby shop places to find spray paint can be few and far between. IMost of the paint racks in chain stores look like junior tagging acadamies.

Core beliefs of disaster follow:

1. That 'paint is paint' and 'enamel is enamel' but do not read the can or the instructions.

2. Similar packaging means similar products - of course the clear goes right over the color, why not? Label says it is the same kind!

3. That Tamiya hobby paint smells funny and it is a dang conspiracy that it costs more than the big can 3 aisles over!

4. Since paint is paint, intercoat times are the same as when you were 11 with that first can of Testors.

5. I saw this guy do it on the internet, why didn't it work for me?
