Very bitter for me, because I associated box art quality with kit quality, and a quarter for mowing a lawn going down the drain hurt.

Most of the Auroras went rapidly from mediocre to "just throw it in the trash and save youself the grief..."

Now, my sample size was limited- knew about some of the other kits like the E-Type and Maserati, but really had no interest in them.

Much much later, I realized those kits could really be outstanding in the right hands, and have a few tucked away.
