Testors Decal Bonder #9200 (if you can find it). Scott, I've been using Tamiya clears for some time in its place--work just fine. *NM*
X 2 on the Tamiya clear. *NM*

Which Clear? TS-13? Or the acrylic?

I use Testors 9200 Decal Bonder (unfortunately discontinued, but I still have several cans in reserve)... Before that came along, I simply used Testors Glosscote clear... Always worked well for me. *NM*

FWIW, Krylon "Workable Fixatif" #1306 has worked for me. I supposee it's a similar product. *NM*
