The chassis from the AMT '69 Cobra kit fit like a glove. I chose to use the chassis from the AMT '67 427 Fairlane kit as it was more detailed. It also fit well but I had to adjust the interior as the '67 kit is not a tub style interior. Involved some grinding of the
transmission hump to get it all to fit well. I also had to cut out the underhood detail as the '67 kit has seperate pieces. It would have been a much quicker build if I had used the chassis from the AMT '69 Torino kit, which is what Modelhaus suggested.
