This was offered on the web, free, as a HO scale Sears kit home. I downloaded and blew it up to 1/48 O scale. It will be part of a 'new' neighborhood late 30's era on my layout. It is about 70 parts, all printed on my Elegoo filament printed. Some small things to do.....details and very mild weathering. Amazing what is out there for free. Thanks
