Now I'm keeping an eye out - the BBC in that kit is genuinely good

But few ever bothered to crack the box that far to see - assumed it was just carryover.

I have 2 Corvette question for the kit historians.....
Flip front '57 is an MPC kit. It and the "stock body" version have alternated as there are two '57 bodies for that kit...
To add to what Mark said, believe the last issue of the stock-body MPC '57 was the Corvette Collectors Set from the 1980s *NM*
I'm pretty sure there was a 5-car set in the mid/late Nineties with it also. That set was out alongside the then-new AMT '57 kit *NM*
1:24-scale Monogram/Revell '65/'66 Corvette....
Was there a Mk. II version of Black Rat / Street Machine?
Never had any of those, but I think there were two Black Rat issues...
2X, but have a soft spot for the Monograms

Saw one online with pictures, engine looks like a 1/24 version of the '69 Camaro piece...
Thanx Guys for the history lesson, I knew someone would have the answers *NM*
