    • Yes, the US Army grabbed captured tanks whenever they could. A lot of them got shipped to Aberdeen Proving Grounds so they could compare them against US tanks. The Germans would often set fire to their tanks or blow them up to keep them from being captured. *NM*

    • Hi Charlie, I think I have that kit as well. I wish Mini-Art would do more of their stuff in 1/24 but their kits are very impressive in 1/35. I recently got one of their 1/24 Lanz Bulldog tractor kits and it's really cool. I have another ordered as well. *NM*
      • Hi, Bob! I agree that their kits are impressive. But they have overdone it in some ways. Little tiny parts that have to be glued in place that otherwise could have been made part of the larger one. THAT is frustrating to say the least!
        • I've heard that about their kits, among others. I have a few of their kits and while I have yet to start any, I'm really tempted. *NM*
        • Such a cool build so far.... Love the subject matter, but reading your description of the kit has convinced me that it's not for me... I struggle enough with your average everyday 1/25 scale models car kit. *NM*

  • By the way, the name Dragon Wagon came not from '"draggin" equipment, but because these big engines belched fire out the exhaust pipe on occasion. Weird things you learn when you're doing research on a project... *NM*
