I use Aves Sculpt 2-part epoxy paste & epoxy putty. More inside, Tony.

The paste is the consistency of drywall mud--thin enough to get into small cracks w/o damaging delicate parts. The putty is, well, putty consistency. Use for larger gaps. I tried using it (putty) around small, delicate parts, but it's too stiff and I broke/bent the parts stuffing it into place. That's why the paste is good. I apply it with sharpened toothpicks or small diameter rod--pinpoint accuracy w/o damaging parts. The REAL beauty is wiggle room--you've got almost a hour before it sets up. I mix it for the 2 minutes stated, let it set for a few, mix it again for another 2 minutes. As the hour progresses, you'll see it set up. This allows you to determine the consistency you want for the application. It can be drilled, filed, sanded, painted, doesn't shrink. Aves Sculpt also sells a "safety solvent" to clean up excess and to shape/sculpt the paste/putty as it hardens. Let it set 24 hours. I've never had a joint come apart (clean parts, obviously) during assembly, or fall apart later.

I'll be curious to see what other Board members use.
