This is a 3D model kit I just finished printing. The artwork was online for free and even included an instruction book, rare for 3d kits. The model is the APC M577 from 'Aliens' film. A troop transport vehicle the real unit was made from a airport tug. It is among my favorite movie vehicles.It is designed in 1/35 scale but I ran it through my slicer and enlarged to 1/25 scale. It's gonna be big....a footprint a little bigger than a 18 wheeler tractor.

This kit is very well engineered, as good as any commercial kit.

The chassis was 5 parts, pan and 4 wheel wells. I glued them as soon as the came off the printer as flat parts can warp at times. There are 2 bags full of small parts and it is set up for LED lighting. I'll make the decals for it later....not many on it. Really happy to get a kit of a vehicle I always thought of scratchbuilding. Thanks for looking.
