I've been daydreaming about building something looking kind of close to a "stock" '39 Chevy Sedan Delivery, starting with Monogram's old kit and dropping in an engine from their '53 Bel Air kit and some (maybe) resin steelies and such. I know that Revell's '41 Chevy pickup would have the "more correct" parts except for the kit's 1/25 scale. Have any of you guys explored this possibility? I think I will check out the kits tonight and see what things look like. Thanks for looking and I'd welcome any comments.
